- Copy of your tax invoice - Any Photos if available

- Copy of your latest water test results ( must be from a pool store ) 

We do require all files uploaded to be correct and also the water test results need to be current and from your local pool store so we can process your claim in a timely manner. Failure to do or provide the correct information may result in the claim being Rejected.
